Promoting Health in our Schools and Communities

The Education & Wellness Center is a resource center that functions as an integral part of the Rutland Area Prevention Coalition.  Information and materials on healthy living and substance abuse prevention are provided to schools, service providers and the community at large.  The resources are used with youth and young adults to promote healthy living.

The number of requests for information and resources on timely wellness and substance abuse prevention  topics continues to grow as the center reaches out to the Rutland County area. 

Procedure for Checking Out Resources

If you would like to borrow a resource, please contact us to make an appointment. If you are interested in a particular topic we will be happy to recommend a variety of resources to help fit your need. Once you have decided, we will ask you to provide your name and contact information on a short "borrower" form.
