"A social host who knowingly furnishes intoxicating liquor to a minor may be held liable under Vermont State Law if the social host knew, or a reasonable person in the same circumstances would have known, that the person who received the intoxicating liquor was a minor."

No Drinking Party is Safe


There is no such thing as a safe place for underage drinking.  Hosting a drinking party for your children sends a dangerous message!


You are telling your underage teen that you think it is okay to break the law.  This type of mixed messaging can make it can be difficult for them to know which laws should or should not be obeyed.
